  • Futuro Summits is reserves the right to make last-minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.
  • Futuro Summits reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel or postpone any conference/webinar in case of any any pandemics, natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. Organizer will have no further liability to the client.
  • Registrations remain valid for event/webinar with new dates or for future editions, if the conference/webinar has to be postponed by causes beyond organizer control i.e., The Registration Fee and the Accommodation charges will be automatically transferred to the next scheduled Conference/webinar. Refund policy is not applicable in this condition.
  • In any case, if the registrant is unable to attend the next scheduled conference/webinar, a 100% credit of the paid amount will be provided which can be used for another Futuro Summits Event which occurs within 18 Months from the date of the postponement.
  • Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
  • The organizer will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference/webinar.
  • All cancellations or alterations of registration or registrants must be made in writing to Conference Mail ID & finance@futurosummits.com

Postponement

  • Futuro Summits reserves the right to postpone an event for valid reasons, including but not limited to any pandemics, natural disasters, terrorism, or safety concerns. Registrants who are unable or unwilling to attend the rescheduled event are eligible to receive a 100% Credit Note of their paid registration fee, which can be used for another Futuro Summits conference only.

Transferred Registrations

  • Fully Paid Registrations are eligible to be transferred from one person to another with prior notice by the Registrant and have to be confirmed by writing to finance@futurosummits.com. Details must include the Full Name, Email ID, Contact Number, and Speech Title of the Replaced Person. Transfer of Registration has to be informed one month prior to the date of commencement of the conference/webinar.
  • Registration can be transferred from one conference/webinar to another conference/webinar of Futuro Summits only if the Registrant is unable to attend the Conference/webinar for a Valid Reason.
  • Any type of Transfer of Registration is not eligible for Registrants intimated 30 Days prior to the commencement of the Conference/webinar.
  • Transferred Registration Fee of any kind is Not Eligible for Refund.

Refund Policy (For Conferences and Accommodations)

  • On the off chance that the registrant can't visit or isn't in a situation to transfer their participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements for both registration and accommodations will apply: Keeping in the view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels, and different overheads, we needed to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs, and all bank charges will be for the registrant's account.
  • Before 130 days of the conference: Eligible for a 80% refund.
  • Within 129-100 days of the conference: Eligible for a 40% refund.
  • Within 99-61 days of the conference: Eligible for a 20% refund.
  • Within 60 days of the conference: Non-refundable.
  • E-Poster payments will not be refunded.
  • The registration with limited costs (special discounts) is transferable to a person or event but not refundable anytime in cash/credit.
  • In the case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to the other conference or can be refunded as per the time policies mentioned above.

Webinars

  • Please Register at least 1-hour before the scheduled webinar broadcast start time to ensure receiving your access link before that time. The link will be emailed upon receipt of payment but could be delayed by several minutes or an hour. Please also check promotional or spam folders for missing emails.

  • Your webinar registration includes access to the live-webinar broadcast only.
  • All webinars are recorded and the recordings will be accessible.

When will you receive your Refund?

  • Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration. The processed Refund can take up to 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
